Pain is Inevitable. Suffering is Optional.
You must have heard this saying.
Today, I will share a definitive, practical and proven way to make this possible for you!
This is a journey from Negative to Positive. And when you travel from Negative to Positive, you pass through Zero.
This sounds pretty logical and straightforward.
However, I wish to highlight something that may get missed in this "seemingly simple" statement.
The Self Improvement Journey has 2 parts -
Going from Negative to Zero
Going from Zero to Positive
Again sounds pretty simple and straightforward, isn't it!
So, here is the punch - The Self Improvement work that you do to go from Negative to Zero is entirely different to the Self Improvement work you do to go from Zero to Positive.
Going from Negative to Zero means - Emptying yourself
Identifying the fears and insecurities
Identifying the roots where they originate from
Identifying the emotional splits they created inside
Resolving, Dissolving and Integrating those emotional splits
Going from Zero to Positive means - Re-filling yourself
New Perspectives and Mindsets
New Core Beliefs and Values
Empowering Self
If you have a dirty bowl, then you won't put ice-cream in it, right?!
You first empty it, clean it and then put ice-cream in it.
Same principle applies here.
We don't go from negative to positive by start filling positive thoughts, positive psychology, affirmations, etc. without addressing the negatives. We first empty ourselves, "clean" ourselves and then fill all these.
I'm a very simple person and I believe in a simple action plan.
